TL;DR
Observability AIOps Specialist (all humans) (GenAI/Observability): Building GenAI assistants, AI agents, and RAG solutions that transform logs, metrics, and traces into faster incident resolution and better operational decisions with an accent on telemetry analysis, automation, and knowledge management. Focus on designing root cause analysis and anomaly detection workflows, integrating emerging AI platforms, and defining measurable business impact.
Location: Bratislava, AT; full-time onsite position.
Salary: minimum EUR 3,000 gross per month; actual salary depends on professional and personal qualifications.

What you will do
- Design, build, and operate GenAI assistants, AI agents, and automation workflows for observability and operations.
- Use telemetry data, including logs, metrics, and traces, for root cause analysis, summarization, anomaly detection, and other AI-powered insights.
- Build RAG and knowledge-management solutions using runbooks, incident history, post-mortems, and documentation.
- Identify AI use cases with engineering, operations, platform, and compliance teams and turn them into working solutions.
- Define success metrics, measure business impact, evaluate emerging AI frameworks and platforms, and contribute to AI strategy.
- Promote responsible AI practices, governance, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of professional IT experience.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI, LLM, and AI agent applications.
- Strong Python and API integration skills.
- Working knowledge of observability concepts and tooling, including OpenTelemetry and the Grafana ecosystem.
- Ability to explain complex AI topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, or Dynatrace.
- Cloud experience, preferably AWS, plus Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Software engineering background and ability to read application code.
- Understanding of SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering practices.
- Experience with data engineering for AI.
