IT Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Leudelange, Luxembourg; 40 contract hours per week.

What you will do

• Drive positive change and align IT systems with business goals.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide insights that support departmental decision-making.
• Analyze and model business processes and create clear documentation.
• Create sequence diagrams, data models, and test scenarios.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify long-term business strategies.
• Support digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting, software development, or IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques and testing strategies.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Experience with JIRA, BPMN, UML, XML, relational databases, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, proactive, and adaptable skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or backend development languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
