R&D Testing Engineer

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan; onsite at the employer's location.

Salary: up to $600 gross per month.

What you will do

• Prepare and configure testing environments, including software, hardware, and network settings.
• Execute test cases, record system performance under different conditions, and identify potential defects.
• Create detailed test cases from requirements documentation to cover system functionality and scenarios.
• Report defects and support the development team in tracking and resolving issues.
• Prepare test reports, summaries, and related testing documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities with development and product teams and improve testing processes and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Software testing experience and familiarity with testing processes and methodologies.
• Ability to understand and analyze requirements documentation and create detailed test cases.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with development and product teams and clear reporting of test results and issues.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and help resolve system defects.
• Self-directed learning and willingness to stay current with testing technologies and methods.
• Collaborative, proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a team.
