Total compensation earning potential: $43,888–$150,000+ including base and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Build a portfolio of bank customers by understanding their financial standing and short- and long-term goals.
• Provide investment solutions, products, and financial-planning guidance.
• Identify relationship opportunities through prospecting, lead utilization, and local market or community involvement.
• Build and maintain a client network and sales pipeline.
• Provide portfolio planning expertise and conduct investment-performance and relationship reviews.
• Keep junior staff informed about investment products and opportunities while following compliance and industry protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of related experience.
• Series 7 license.
• Series 63 and 65 licenses, or Series 66 license.
• Life Insurance License must be obtained within 60 days of employment start.
• The position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, or Certified Retirement Specialist credential.
• Two years of financial-advisory experience.
