Biostatistics Manager - HTA

What you will do

• Generate evidence to meet Health Technology Assessment requirements and ensure analyses are robust, valid, and compliant with required standards.
• Represent the Center for Design and Analysis at multidisciplinary teams and advocate for appropriate statistical strategies.
• Contribute to Systematic Literature Reviews, Evidence Synthesis Feasibility Assessments, analysis methodology, technical reports, and evidence-generation submissions.
• Complete statistical analyses for evidence-generation projects.
• Support methodology research, analysis toolkit development, and the creation and rollout of training materials.
• Monitor HTA policies, requirements, and statistical advances.

Requirements

• PhD-level education in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• Statistical experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research.
• Knowledge of R and other statistical software such as SAS.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTA evidence-generation projects from strategy planning through analysis, reporting, and submission.
