What you will do

• Join early conversations with potential clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Translate client conversations into clear proposals and project directions.
• Lead brand strategy sessions using the Milton framework.
• Build web strategies covering structure, content hierarchy, and messaging direction.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and project managers to turn strategy into design and digital experiences.
• Work with clients to refine and evolve brand and web strategies.

• Think like a founder rather than an account manager and turn complex or unclear ideas into sharp strategies.
• Confidently lead client conversations and collaborate empathetically with creative teams.
• Think strategically across brand, business, and digital.
• Understand how design, content, and storytelling support business goals.
