Head of Marketing

Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work with on-site attendance at the Helsinki office at least a couple of days per week

What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across brand, talent, and sales marketing.
• Create marketing plans with business units and Marketing Partners across multiple sectors and align them with growth targets.
• Develop talent marketing and employee branding with the People & Culture team.
• Increase brand awareness and affinity while maintaining consistency across campaigns, markets, and touchpoints.
• Lead the global Marketing and Communications team and support leadership, business units, and specialists with B2B marketing expertise.
• Track KPIs, analyze market trends and client insights, and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong understanding of the modern marketing playbook and the use of AI in marketing.
• Structured planning, budget management, and an ROI-driven mindset.
• Experience leading others and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is required; on-site presence in Helsinki is required at least a couple of days per week.

• Finnish, Swedish, or Dutch language skills.
