Senior Consultant - Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: US - National; work may be performed remotely or onsite at a professional office, healthcare, or industry-specific facility. Travel may be required up to 100% of the time, including outside scheduled work hours.

What you will do

• Evaluate current-system processes and procedures and recommend or develop workflow and computer-system configurations and modifications based on experience and best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, test, and troubleshoot software systems.
• Provide project management and project leadership in line with client expectations and the contracted role.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to client and hirify.global teammates.
• Work with project teams, end users, and leadership; lead and attend project-status and work-product coordination meetings.
• Document work progress, issues, escalations, and other required information according to hirify.global and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation required.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry-specific work experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, meet project timelines, and maintain customer-service commitments.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and appropriate escalation; ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to maintain schedules, meet deadlines, monitor work output, adapt quickly to new assignments, and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to mentor and guide others, uphold organizational values, work ethically, keep commitments, and treat others with respect.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
