Working Student — Knowledge Management & AI Content Operations (Nordic Languages)

What you will do

• Create, update, and localize support content for Help Center, internal knowledge bases, chatbots, agent-assist tools, and other AI-powered channels.
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering to draft, optimize, and format content across multiple platforms and marketplaces.
• Build and test basic AI workflows and automation for alerts, formatting, and cross-marketplace publishing.
• Support AI-assisted localization by coordinating first-pass translations, validating quality, and identifying marketplace-specific adaptation needs.
• Validate AI-generated content for accuracy, brand voice, and regulatory compliance, while supporting product launch content readiness.
• Maintain content consistency, track usage and helpfulness metrics, document workflows, and contribute to knowledge sharing and training.

Requirements

• Full-time enrollment in a German state-accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, with at least one year of study remaining and expected graduation no earlier than 2028.
• Business fluency in English and at least one of Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Quick Suite, or similar, with an understanding of prompt engineering for content creation, automation, or workflow optimization.
• Basic scripting or automation skills in Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or similar, or strong willingness to learn demonstrated through technical curiosity.
• Basic experience with Excel formulas, pivot tables, and SQL basics for tracking metrics and efficiency gains.
• Familiarity with API concepts, REST APIs, webhooks, content management systems, HTML, JSON, and structured content formats.
• Understanding of AI governance concepts, including quality standards, confidence scoring, and validation frameworks for AI-generated content.
• Interest in localization processes and cultural adaptation, with strong attention to detail and proactive collaboration in an international environment.
