Social Video Content Creator (AI)

Location: New York; hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the New York office.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annual base compensation, plus company RSUs.

hirify.global is an AI-powered no-code platform within Wix that enables creators, founders, startups, entrepreneurs, and other users to build custom software applications using natural language.

What you will do

• Conceptualize, script, film, and edit short-form videos, including UGC-style tutorials, tech memes, product features, and hooks.
• Act as the primary on-camera creator and voice for hirify.global social channels.
• Produce content for Meta, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Track social video trends, popular audio, and format changes.
• Explain complex AI, no-code, and software capabilities clearly to developers, creators, and entrepreneurs.
• Analyze views, retention rates, and sign-ups while testing new storytelling styles.

Requirements

• Strong experience filming and editing for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts; a video portfolio or links must be submitted with the application.
• Fast, sharp video editing skills using mobile and desktop tools.
• Passion for AI, no-code, app creation, and the developer/SaaS world.
• Ability to explain complex software simply.
• Ability to take full ownership of the production process, from writing the script through publishing.

Nice to have

• In-house or freelance experience with deep product understanding, brand alignment, and high-impact video content creation.
