Senior Data Analyst

Location: Fully remote or from a modern office; relocation opportunities are available to countries where the company has offices, subject to approval.

What you will do

• Analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify patterns, growth opportunities, and drivers behind changes in key metrics.
• Conduct product analysis and turn insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Own A/B tests end-to-end, including hypothesis development, success metrics, experiment quality, and result interpretation.
• Evaluate the impact of product changes and support data-informed decisions.
• Build data marts and create and maintain Tableau dashboards for analytical and reporting needs.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to product teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working independently with large datasets.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply it to product and business decisions.
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to independently structure analytical problems and turn research into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect metric changes with their underlying business context.
• Ability to communicate insights to audiences ranging from analysts and Product Managers to C-level executives.
• High autonomy, critical thinking, and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization and reporting, including Tableau.
