HR Manager (Quantum Computing)

Location: Singapore; on-site. Right to work in Singapore required.

hirify.global develops quantum computing technology, including the Helios full-stack commercial quantum computer, and operates an R&D and Operations Centre in Singapore.

What you will do

• Manage and develop regional HR activities and deliver an outstanding employee experience for supported client groups.
• Coordinate regional and country-specific HR services, including organisational development, training, payroll, benefits, recruitment, communications, HRIS, and HR administration.
• Lead recruitment activities to achieve headcount goals and quality hires alongside the global talent acquisition team.
• Develop and deliver HR programmes, best practices, people solutions, and strategic projects covering change management, performance, wellbeing, engagement, reward, and recognition.
• Partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning, learning and development, employee relations, coaching, and leadership development.
• Manage local compensation, benefits, payroll processes, HR reporting, analytics, policies, contractual requirements, and compliance with employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of professional Human Resources experience, including solid recruitment experience.
• Fluent English for reporting, documentation, and daily communication.
• Right to work in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisation Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting or scaling technology or scientific businesses.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience leading change, building a performance culture, influencing leadership development, and coaching.
• Strong business acumen, a global mindset, and experience working across time zones.
• Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers.
• Strong bias for action, sense of urgency, and ability to drive results in a matrixed organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all management levels and a diverse workforce.
• Flexibility to work in a global company across time zones.
