We are a rapidly growing company, and we are currently looking for a qualified Corporate Lawyer to join our office in Limassol, Cyprus.
🧑💻Key Responsibilities
• Corporate Support: drafting, reviewing, and approving corporate documents.
• Contract Management: developing, performing legal expertise on, and managing various types of international contracts.
• Liaison with Service Providers: interacting with corporate service providers.
• Compliance & Bank Requests: preparing document packages at the request of servicing banks and regulatory bodies.
• Legal Advisory: providing local business support on corporate and commercial law matters.
🦾Requirements
• Education: Higher degree in Law (LLB / LLM).
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (excellent written and verbal communication). Knowledge of Greek / Russian will be an advantage.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate law, specifically dealing with Cypriot companies and international business structures.
• Professional Skills: Strong legal drafting skills, high attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Cyprus corporate legislation.
