👉We are looking for a hands-on Legal Counsel / Investment Manager to join a private family office supporting the business and investment interests of a business owner. This is a broad, international role combining corporate and investment law, transaction support, cross-border tax coordination, banking and compliance, dispute management, and project execution. Reportind directly to the business owner.

✅Key Responsibilities:
Corporate and Investment Transactions
Provide legal support for investment transactions, real estate acquisitions, disposals, and other high-value assets.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 investment projects
Draft, review, and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, letters of intent (LOIs)
Support corporate restructurings
Disputes and Litigation
Coordinate litigation and dispute resolution matters in Germany and Russia.
Banking, Compliance and Cross-Border Payments
Tax and Holding Structures
Coordinate cross-border tax planning and transaction structuring with qualified advisers.
Review and coordinate tax filings and payments in Germany, Cyprus, and Russia.
Oversee the legal and administrative matters of a Cyprus holding company and its assets.
Coordinate with the principal’s individual entrepreneur (IE) operations in Russia.
Immigration and Residency
Coordinate immigration, residency, and citizenship matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Project Management and Negotiations

🎯Requirements:
Law degree
Strong background in corporate law, with substantial practical experience
Solid knowledge of Russian and English law
Fluency in both English and Russian. German language an advantage
Experience working with cross-border transactions and multiple jurisdictions
Previous experience in a family office, investment fund, private investment structure, or a similar environment is highly desirable
Strong organisational, analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned matters
