Intern, HR Operations

ING operates a wholesale banking branch and Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, providing banking and financial services to corporate clients.

What you will do

• Support the People Services team with HR systems and processes across employee queries, onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle events.
• Assist with reviewing, maintaining, and documenting HR operating procedures and policies.
• Support HR administration efficiency and onboarding projects across ING Asia.
• Perform HR reporting and support HR risk administration activities.

Requirements

• Legal work rights in Singapore are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand an end-to-end process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• IT proficiency sufficient to use HR systems and data efficiently.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Resourcefulness and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Previous HR internship experience or a major in HR.
