Creative Advisor - Human Frontier Collective (US) (AI)

Salary: $300 per hour; compensation, time commitment, and project scope are shared during the interview.

What you will do

• Share the taste, judgment, methods, and creative decisions behind your practice to inform AI model development.
• Collaborate with research and ML teams on briefs and develop new creative work exploring model capabilities.
• Define what good looks like in your field, review model outputs, identify limitations, and provide feedback on how models learn creative practices.
• Connect with creatives and researchers across the Human Frontier Collective and the relevant creative field.
• Introduce other creators to the program and share experience contributing work.

Requirements

• Be a leading creator in your field.
• Bring substantial expertise in your creative practice and be interested in shaping AI and its impact on creative work.
• Share a background and portfolio link during the application process.

Nice to have

• Connections with other creators in the field.
• AI experience is not required.
