Motion Designer (EdTech)

What you will do

• Create and deliver high-quality advertising creatives in video and static formats.
• Adapt creatives to the requirements and best practices of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other major digital platforms.
• Handle creative tasks independently from start to finish.
• Collaborate with passionate professionals in an innovative environment focused on trying new approaches.

Requirements

• Experience creating performance marketing creatives.
• Portfolio showcasing creative work; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Proficiency in After Effects.
• Basic experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of perfectionism.
• Interest in social media and knowledge of current design trends.
• Initiative, creative thinking, independence, strong communication skills, and readiness to complete tasks from start to finish.
