Senior Product Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and track key product metrics, holding product teams accountable throughout the quarter.
• Run discovery analyses to identify opportunities and improve products and customer experience.
• Build data pipelines, reports, and visualisations that support product decisions.
• Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations for product managers and senior stakeholders.
• Work across multiple products, features, and regions with product managers, engineers, and operational teams.
• Help keep customers’ finances safe while maintaining a smooth user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL and Python experience.
• Strong quantitative grounding, ideally from a scientific or technical background.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, persuasive narratives.
• Flexibility and creativity when moving between multiple projects involving sensitive financial data.
• Ability to adapt quickly and find original solutions to business problems.
• Drive to help Product Managers solve business problems through data and provided insights.
