eDiscovery Project Manager (Relativity)

Location: Remote work from home full-time; role location listed as Overland Park, Kansas, United States, with other United States locations.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD annually, with possible annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client liaison and case consultant for eDiscovery projects.
• Interpret client requirements within eDiscovery processes and consult clients on hirify.global services, particularly Relativity.
• Maintain comprehensive client and project documentation in the project queue.
• Coordinate processes across hirify.global departments and represent hirify.global with clients and third-party service providers.
• Supervise and support Client Services team members to address client needs.
• Provide project updates and team performance reports to the Regional Client Services Manager to support resource allocation and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an eDiscovery environment.
• Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing client needs.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require.

Nice to have

• Experience with hosting services.
• Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert certification.
