Senior Consultant (IAM)

Location: Remote (United States); travel may be required based on customer and project requirements. Must be legally authorized to work in the US and hold an active Top Secret Security Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

Provides identity and access management solutions covering authentication, access management, identity lifecycle management, and identity governance for enterprise and federal customers.

What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and integration of IAM solutions for enterprise and federal customers.
• Provide technical leadership across requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• Work with customer stakeholders to define business and technical requirements and lead technical discussions and workshops.
• Deliver consulting services covering authentication, identity governance, access management, and security best practices.
• Create implementation documentation, architectural designs, and operational procedures while troubleshooting complex customer-environment issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, customer teams, and internal product organizations; mentor junior consultants and support delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting, professional services, or implementation experience focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP directories, SAML, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Public Key Infrastructure.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Scripting or automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions and workshops.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.

• Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications and security technologies.
