Video Producer Specialist (AI)

Location: Copenhagen Office; on-site. Candidates must be based in the Greater Copenhagen area.

hirify.global builds an AI-powered sports camera and analysis ecosystem that captures matches and turns player and game activity into video, data, and evidence.

What you will do

• Own video production from brief or idea through concept, planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Plan shoots, book colleagues and contributors, research topics, interview subject-matter experts, and write scripts, talking points, and storyboards.
• Set up lighting, sound, framing, and camera settings; operate a two-camera Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K setup; and direct people on camera in studio, on location, and on the pitch.
• Edit in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, including pacing, color grading, sound mixing, graphics, subtitles, and calls to action.
• Deliver video versions for paid social, YouTube, hirify.global.co, and email, and organize footage and finished assets in Frontify.
• Coordinate with designers, marketers, and freelancers while managing personal priorities, deadlines, and production trade-offs independently.

Requirements

• A portfolio showing videos taken from idea to final cut, with an explanation of the candidate's contribution to each piece.
• At least 3 years of hands-on video production experience in-house, at an agency, or freelance.
• Strong camera skills, including cinema cameras, lighting, and clean audio recording.
• Strong editing skills in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, including color grading and sound.
• Ability to direct and interview people on camera, including making nervous colleagues comfortable and eliciting strong answers.
• Ability to turn interviews or product briefs into clear scripts.
• Existing use of AI in video work, or active willingness to learn and use it.
• Proactive, independent working style with ownership of outcomes and comfort working without close supervision.
• Understanding of performance content, including stopping scrolls and adapting formats by channel.
• Fluent English.
• Based in the Greater Copenhagen area.

Nice to have

• Blackmagic camera experience.
• After Effects or motion graphics experience.
• Experience with AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, hirify.global, or Sora, and AI-assisted editing.
• Danish language skills.
