Senior Motion Designer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, London office 2–3 days per week. The role also allows working from abroad for up to 120 days per year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

• Own and evolve motion principles across typography, illustration, product content and graphic devices.
• Bring campaign concepts and storyboards to life across brand, campaign and performance marketing.
• Create short-form paid-social and video content, including tests, variants and platform adaptations.
• Build reusable templates, components and asset libraries for internal teams and production partners.
• Produce motion for web, CRM, social and launch communications with attention to accessibility and delivery requirements.
• Brief and review specialist partners while maintaining motion standards and exploring AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• Deep motion-design expertise across brand, campaign and performance work for digital channels.
• Strong After Effects skills and working experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and video-editing workflows.
• Ability to contribute from concept through final delivery, including supporting design changes and animation leadership.
• Experience with paid-social video, testing, variants and platform adaptation.
• Experience building reusable templates, systems or libraries for others to use.
• Availability to work from the London office 2–3 days per week in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services or another complex product category.
• Experience with 3D, real-time or generative tools.
• Hands-on AI production experience with quality checks before launch.
• Experience in an in-house studio alongside specialist agencies.
