Senior Full Stack Go/Vue.js Engineer (AI)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Minsk office

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications, real-time analytics dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
• Develop scalable Go microservices, concurrent applications, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven backend services.
• Design and optimize relational and analytical data stores, including advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, and indexing strategies.
• Build reporting engines using analytical data stores such as ClickHouse and support high-throughput data ingestion.
• Design modular micro-frontend architectures with Vue.js and independently deployable UI components.
• Drive technical planning, architecture, query optimization, code reviews, and scalability improvements across the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go, microservices, concurrent applications, REST/gRPC APIs, SQL, data modeling, indexing, and database performance profiling.
• Experience with Vue.js, Vue 3, Composition API, JavaScript/TypeScript, and micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience building SaaS products, distributed web platforms, or complex microservices-based systems.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix, Git, and CI/CD automation, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work 3 days per week from the Minsk office.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar and analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• PHP experience for legacy service integration or migration.
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, WebSockets, Kafka, NATS, or related real-time communication technologies.
