Trade Processing and Settlement Trainee (Fintech)

What you will do

• Process stock exchange trades, mainly bonds, equities, ETFs, and funds, in the hirify.global Banking Suite.
• Process delivery versus payment and receive versus payment settlements.
• Ensure transactions are processed correctly and settled on time.
• Monitor settlement operations and failed trades.
• Coordinate follow-up with clients, trading desks, and custodians.
• Perform cash and securities reconciliation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Service-oriented mindset and strong team-player attitude.
• Proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
