Senior Integrated Designer

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead design projects from concept through final delivery.
• Create integrated design solutions across digital, social, CRM, print, and marketing communications.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Present and explain design thinking to stakeholders.
• Maintain brand standards and quality across all deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Senior Integrated Designer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work across digital and print.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience managing projects from brief to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative environment.

Nice to have

• Motion design and After Effects experience.
