🚨 HIRING: SPANISH CONVERSION & RETENTION AGENTS IN LIMASSOL
🇨🇾Forex / Financial Services
🔐🇨🇾 Limassol, Cyprus (ON-SITE)

💰 €2,500 base salary + performance based commission

🟩 OPEN POSITIONS:

🔹 CONVERSION AGENT
• Work with leads and convert them into active traders
• Communicate with potential clients and build relationships

🔹 RETENTION AGENT
• Manage existing client accounts and maintain relationships
• Encourage ongoing trading activity through regular communication

🎯 REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience in Forex sales or client retention
• Fluent/native Spanish
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
