UX/UI Designer (Tilda)

Location: Remote, Saint Petersburg, Russia

What you will do

• Bring design concepts to life for new projects and refine designs for existing projects.
• Create wireframes, UI kits, production-ready layouts, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Gather client design requirements, manage expectations, and present and defend design decisions.
• Break down features into interconnected screens, identifying entry and exit points and user flows.
• Build new websites with Tilda and maintain existing websites.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced).
• Proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
• Experience preparing design assets for development, including marking up and exporting graphics and using specialized plugins where appropriate.
• Understanding of iOS and Android design principles.
• Experience interviewing clients and defining product feature lists; strong communication skills.
• Ability to break down features into interconnected screens and identify entry and exit points and user flows.
• At least one year of experience building websites with Tilda.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Familiarity with Material Design principles and components.
