Senior Business Analytics Manager (Fintech): Building trusted data foundations, compliance dashboards, and automated analytics pipelines for regulatory reporting, audits, risk prevention, and market-access initiatives with an accent on data governance, traceability, and operational effectiveness. Focus on conducting root-cause and control-gap analyses, productizing recurring data requests, and collaborating across Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Business teams.

What you will do
- Govern internal and external data requests across global entities for regulatory reporting, audits, examinations, and legal evidence.
- Build and maintain request records, evidence and definition libraries, and data-governance records to improve reliability, traceability, and reusability.
- Productize recurring requests into automated or self-service data pipelines and improve turnaround time and cost efficiency.
- Build and automate Compliance dashboards using North Star, input, and guardrail metrics to show operational effectiveness, customer and platform risk, and business friction.
- Conduct deep-dive, root-cause, and control-bypass analyses to identify and prevent compliance risks.
- Partner with Compliance, Business, Marketing, local market, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to remove compliance roadblocks, support new markets and licences, and improve analytics products and data pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and AI tools.
- Strong compliance domain knowledge, including KYC, AML, the Travel Rule, insider trading controls, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting, regulatory examinations, and internal or external audits.
- Experience in Fintech, Digital Payment, or technology companies.
