AI Solution Engineer (Healthcare AI)

Location: Hybrid work from Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, with office attendance at 34 HaMasger Street in Tel Aviv.

What you will do

• Define deployment strategies for beta-stage AI products and design scalable deployment methodologies for new products and complex module implementations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to address production requirements during module and product development.
• Monitor AI solution performance and implement mechanisms to detect data drift, performance degradation, and production issues.
• Design monitoring solutions and metrics, investigate customer escalations, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Develop tools and scripts for data analysts, including data processing, validation, reporting, visualization, and AI deployment automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in data science and data analytics.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning concepts, and AI model evaluation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Hands-on experience managing AI solutions in an operational production environment.
• Expertise across data science, system engineering, analytics, statistical analysis, product understanding, and clinical understanding.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
