Marketing Manager (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Salary: 10,000,000–15,000,000 UZS per month before taxes, plus quarterly KPI bonuses

Delta Global Solutions is an international logistics company focused on growing its brand and promoting logistics services across multiple audiences and channels.

What you will do

• Promote the company’s brand and logistics services across multiple marketing channels.
• Collaborate with media organizations, advertising agencies, Sales, and Management on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Research market trends and competitors, manage marketing analytics, and report campaign progress to Management.
• Manage the website, blog, social media, marketing platform accounts, SEO, Google Ads, and CRM-related activities.
• Prepare and deliver content for websites, social media, corporate presentations, and product brochures.
• Manage internal and external corporate communications, including PR, and carry out instructions from senior management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of performance marketing experience.
• Fluent Russian and English.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or equivalent software.
• Proficiency with digital marketing automation and CRM software.
• Design skills and proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Google Slides.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Metrics-driven approach combined with creativity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Uzbek language skills.
