Accounts Receivable Intern

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. Working hours: 9:00–17:30.

Salary: 780 EUR gross per month. Employment duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension.

What you will do

• Review customer accounts and identify overdue invoices.
• Contact customers by email regarding outstanding payments.
• Update records and track payment commitments and collection activities.
• Identify and follow up on issues delaying customer payments.
• Prepare and send account statements and payment confirmations, respond to basic inquiries, and support daily reporting.

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English.
• First- or second-year student studying Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Willingness to learn about collections and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
