Senior SaaS Developer (AI)

Location: Remote, Almaty, Kazakhstan

Salary: $1,500–$3,000 per month before taxes

Sendex is an 8-figure fulfillment and logistics company building SaaS software for its customers and internal team.

What you will do

• Build and ship SaaS features that improve the fulfillment experience for real customers and internal users.
• Own features end to end, from shaping an initial idea to delivering a working release.
• Use product judgment to understand user needs, simplify complex workflows, and challenge unnecessary complexity.
• Apply AI across development, testing, debugging, and iteration while reviewing and validating its output.
• Learn from real usage and continuously improve shipped features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including substantial experience building SaaS applications used by real customers.
• Strong product judgment and a strong focus on customer experience.
• Ability to own features from the initial idea through a working release.
• A proven workflow for using AI to accelerate development without sacrificing quality.
• Clear communication, initiative, and confidence in suggesting better approaches.
