Senior Client Service Representative (Custody Service)

What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and independently ensure timely, accurate resolution.
• Develop and execute proactive relationship and service plans focused on client needs.
• Introduce clients to innovative technologies, automation tools, and BBH Infuse systems.
• Coordinate new business and product implementations, client discussions, and special projects.
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement service best practices.
• Ensure compliance with risk management policies while supporting strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach, client-centric mindset, and ability to manage high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in trade or cash settlement.
• Project management skills and proven project management experience.
