Creator Productivity Manager (Creator Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop and implement performance-led creator recruitment, content, casting, and community growth strategies aligned with client and brand goals.
• Lead end-to-end creator recruitment and campaign execution, including sourcing, vetting, campaign briefs, product orders, content drafts, and disclosure compliance.
• Manage client and creator relationships, lead kick-off calls, negotiate terms, coordinate documentation, and review content for brief compliance and quality.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, revenue goals, deadlines, campaign metrics, and performance; turn data into actionable insights and identify upselling opportunities.
• Design and execute creator incentives, including flat fees, performance-based rewards, and exclusive offers.
• Collaborate with community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success teams to align creator and affiliate strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required for managing Mandarin-speaking clients and creators.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• At least 2–4+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, or community management.
• Strong foundational knowledge of creator and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of creators across verticals, especially CPG, fashion, parenting, wellness, and fitness, as well as creator rates.
• Familiarity with creator lifecycle activities including budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, fulfillment oversight, draft approvals, and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse creators, affiliates, and clients.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable business insights; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage diverse personalities and work styles, adapt to social media trends and industry shifts, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and succeed in a fast-paced environment; growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn.

Nice to have

• Completion of hirify.global’s Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA; completion must be mentioned in the cover letter.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or another affiliate marketing platform.
• Experience in gaming, technology, finance, entertainment, or similar niches.
