Are you a senior mobile developer ready to help shape how frontier AI models solve complex software engineering problems? micro1 is looking for experienced mobile engineers to create challenging coding tasks and reproducible environments for next-generation AI systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll design complex mobile software engineering challenges covering debugging, feature development, refactoring, application lifecycle, and performance optimization. You’ll also create reproducible environments, deterministic verifiers, and reference solutions for each task.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Create challenging mobile coding tasks for frontier AI models
* Design realistic problems involving complex bugs, features, state management, lifecycle, and performance
* Build tasks across mobile development technologies
* Create reproducible environments for each problem
* Develop deterministic verifiers that distinguish correct solutions from incomplete or hard-coded approaches
* Provide reference solutions for each task
* Ensure tasks are realistic, technically challenging, and aligned with your expertise

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Significant hands-on mobile development experience
* Strong expertise in at least one mobile development track:
* Cross-platform: TypeScript/JavaScript with React Native or Dart with Flutter
* iOS: Swift with SwiftUI or UIKit
* Android: Kotlin with Jetpack Compose or Android View system
* Deep understanding of mobile architecture and state management
* Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and application lifecycle
* Proven ability to debug complex mobile applications
* Experience resolving bugs and improving application performance

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Compensation is output-based, with payment provided per task that meets project specifications. Task completion time may vary based on experience and workflow. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply and will be communicated during onboarding.
