What you will do

• Advance frontier AI research and end-to-end applications across drug discovery, design, and translation.
• Work with scientists, engineers, drug hunters, biology and medicine experts, and business and operations specialists on scalable biomedical discovery.
• Help develop a unified biomedical world model connecting virtual patients, virtual cells, and real-world data.
• Apply AI to complex biological hypotheses, drug discovery, and clinical development use cases.
• Contribute to hirify.global OS, an AI-native platform integrating biology, chemistry, and clinical development.

Requirements

• PhD in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of frontier AI research experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and on cross-functional AI projects.
• Passion for real-world applications and impact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience in biomedicine and drug discovery.
