Case Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

What you will do

• Handle and review global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities.
• Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboarding.
• Participate in internal and external training related to AML/CFT and other day-to-day work requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and perform related administrative activities.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of directly related experience in a compliance or regulatory-facing role, with substantial knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance affairs.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Good analytical skills, a systematic approach, and logical thinking.
• Team-player skills and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and user-focused attitude.
• Strong accountability and ownership of the law enforcement engagement process.
• Self-motivation, ability to multitask, and ability to work effectively under pressure and stress.
• Attention to detail, a strong controls mindset, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and other standards applicable to subject persons, as well as upcoming virtual-currency regulations and policies.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics using existing tools or manually tracking funds through relevant block explorers.
