Pricing Analyst (Hybrid, Brentwood, LI, NYC, or Newark, NJ)

Location: Hybrid in Edgewood, NY, with listed alternatives in Brentwood, Long Island, NYC, or Newark, NJ

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Develop accurate financial models for new opportunities in line with RFP requirements and deadlines.
• Present deal economics, risks, and strategic opportunities to management.
• Facilitate pricing discussions with business partners and apply pricing priorities and governance requirements.
• Partner with Strategic Pricing on initiatives, automation efforts, and renewals involving new deal components.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Legal on consistent, customer-centered practices and communications.
• Lead digitization and automation initiatives using analytics and dashboards, while identifying product enhancements based on client needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of profit and loss drivers.
• Ability to independently complete financial models and support decision-making through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong financial and business acumen focused on new deal P&L contribution and operating margin.
• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights, risks, and recommendations to business partners and management.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach and willingness to contribute to initiatives benefiting the broader team.
