What you will do

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure solutions.
• Deploy and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Remote Desktop Gateway, and secure vendor access environments.
• Implement Microsoft Global Secure Access, Zscaler, and other Zero Trust remote access and security architectures.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Support VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization platforms, firewalls, routing, VPN technologies, and secure remote access platforms.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain technical documentation, and support project delivery and migration initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise Microsoft infrastructure solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments and designing and deploying Remote Desktop Gateway and secure vendor access solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Global Secure Access, Zscaler, or other Zero Trust remote access solutions, including experience implementing Zero Trust security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Experience with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Experience with firewalls, routing, VPN technologies, and secure remote access platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and project delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying Global Secure Access within Microsoft 365 E5 environments.
• Experience supporting utility, critical infrastructure, or regulated environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Identity.
• Familiarity with the Cybersecurity Framework and/or CISA guidance.
• Experience migrating organizations from traditional VPN architectures to Zero Trust access models.
