HSE Manager UK

Location: Dimes Place, Hammersmith, London, United Kingdom; travel across the UK is required.

Salary: GBP 50,000–60,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Own HSE matters across UK offices, warehouses, Reverse Vending Machine sites, and partner locations.
• Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and hirify.global’s Safe Management System, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and review risk assessments and safe systems of work across multi-site operations.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and HSE documentation.
• Deliver HSE training, promote a proactive safety culture, and report on leading and lagging indicators and HSE KPIs.
• Manage regulator, auditor, customer, partner, and contractor engagement, including emergency response, environmental compliance, wellbeing initiatives, sustainability reporting, and HSE input for RFPs and tenders.

Requirements

• Proven HSE management experience within multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence positive change.
• A collaborative approach with a passion for safety and sustainability.
