Management Consultants within Performance Improvement

What you will do

• Drive performance improvement initiatives from strategy through execution by analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and designing practical solutions.
• Support or lead strategic and complex end-to-end transformation engagements across operations, engineering, technology, digital strategy, and people and change.
• Manage projects, deliverables, timelines, and PMO activities while supporting and leading organisational and operational change.
• Work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable benefits through improved ways of working, digitalisation, and governance.
• At more senior levels, lead project teams and client relationships and contribute to business development, sales initiatives, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting and/or transformation projects.
• Experience in performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence, and/or supply chain management.
• Consulting or transformation experience in manufacturing, transport, and/or defence.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• A curious, ambitious, collaborative, positive, results-oriented, and eager-to-learn approach.
• For more senior candidates, experience managing projects, leading consulting teams, and working with senior client stakeholders.
