Production Manager (Video Games)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; office-based.

hirify.global is a global video game company whose Barcelona studio develops games across multiple genres and platforms, including Rainbow Six Siege.

What you will do

• Take production ownership of a specific Rainbow Six Siege development area and turn the project vision into meaningful deliverables.
• Lead an Agile multidisciplinary team and coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedules, roadmaps, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
• Improve pipelines, processes, methods, and tools to streamline workflows and remove obstacles.
• Define mandate priorities and KPIs, report progress, and maintain communication and visibility across stakeholders.
• Support team hiring and development while fostering an inclusive, diverse, and constructive team environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in team coordination or management.
• Experience in video game production.
• Thorough player-centric mindset and a good understanding of video game development foundations.
• Solid understanding of production techniques and methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with multiple international internal and external teams.
• Autonomous, proactive, analytical, and able to anticipate risks.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with common game development production tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Office Suite.
• College or university degree in management or administration, or equivalent.
• Passion for video games.
