QA Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, Belgrade, Serbia. Candidates must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where they work.

What you will do

• Execute manual and automated test cases across mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Design, maintain, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers on business logic and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Support QA activities across sprint planning and the Agile lifecycle.
• Expand automated test coverage in CI/CD pipelines and perform regression, functional, UI, API, performance, and security testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA or test automation.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage automated testing solutions in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Cypress, and JMeter, Gatling, or Artillery.
• Deep understanding of testing monoliths and microservices architectures, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in scaling QA functions across multiple delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work.
