Technical Solution Engineer (AdTech)

What you will do

• Guide clients through onboarding and support timely adoption of hirify.global’s AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Act as a liaison with clients, stakeholders, developers, Product teams, HQ Technical Solutions teams, and Project Managers to define requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical specifications, user documentation, and training materials for solution implementation and operation.
• Develop customer solutions through data integration, service application recommendations, and product implementation guidance.
• Troubleshoot Web and App SDK-related issues, coordinate resolutions with developers, and escalate feature enhancement requests.
• Develop internal tools and scripts, analyze data, provide insights, and consolidate customer feedback for product teams.

Requirements

• Solid research and summarization skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and logically.
• Good knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and iOS or Android application development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English at a professional level.
• Native-level Korean communication skills.
• Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with self-motivation and the ability to learn independently.
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
• A relevant BSc degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• A BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in the mobile measurement partner industry, including AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Experience with data mining projects and using data to support executive business decisions.
• Potential ability to conduct data analysis and provide high-level consultation.
