Enterprise Testing Specialist Senior (Finance)

Location: In-office position based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Miamisburg, OH; or Birmingham, AL, United States.

Base salary: $63,750–$127,500 annually; incentive-eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

hirify.global provides financial services and operates an Enterprise Testing Services organization supporting finance, governance oversight, regulatory reporting, and enterprise risk management.

What you will do

• Lead objective control validation, transactional testing, and risk-based testing supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Plan testing and reviews by defining scope, focus, objectives, rationale, procedures, sample selection, and sample sizes.
• Perform testing, evaluate controls, identify risks, and revise review programs when needed.
• Prepare working papers, document process flows and major processes, and ensure evidence supports testing conclusions.
• Analyze exceptions and testing results, recommending improvements to internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Provide consulting on risk and control issues and assist with implementing new or improved systems, products, services, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting, customer risk, regulatory requirements, risk assessments, risk control, and strategic objectives.
• Competence in accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, auditing and compliance, data gathering and reporting, internal controls, problem solving, quality management, fraud management, standards and procedures, effective communication, and effectiveness measurement.
• Ability to focus on customers and manage risks in accordance with hirify.global’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
