KYC Analyst (Crypto)

hirify.global is building a regulated crypto wealth management platform centered on a Meta-Exchange that connects exchanges and liquidity sources for optimized execution.

What you will do

• Onboard individual and corporate users through KYC and KYB by collecting and verifying documentation, including source of funds and source of wealth.
• Conduct risk assessments and periodically review KYC/KYB records against due diligence standards.
• Screen users against sanctions and watchlists, escalating potential matches for further review.
• Run IP address consistency checks and investigate mismatches or other potential risks.
• Investigate high-risk users and perform enhanced due diligence, including additional documentation and checks.
• Work with internal teams and external parties, and contribute to compliance projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in KYC.
• Clear and efficient communication skills, with confidence working with internal and external parties.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Sound knowledge of or experience working with FATF Recommendations, including anti-money laundering and countering terrorism financing.
• Experience with AML monitoring and screening, including handling PEPs.
• Interest in crypto is required.
• Good experience onboarding individual customers and reviewing related documentation, including source of wealth documentation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of complex corporate KYB onboarding, including company structures and ultimate beneficial owners.
• Experience in transaction monitoring, including regular and on-chain monitoring.
