Quality Assurance Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Onsite in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate recorded participant phone interactions with representatives and financial advisors for service quality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and policy adherence.
• Prepare written evaluations, provide objective performance feedback, and support coaching and continuous improvement.
• Identify, document, and escalate call quality concerns, compliance issues, performance trends, and recurring gaps.
• Use call monitoring and performance management systems to document evaluations, track performance, and maintain accurate quality records.
• Analyze call monitoring data and quality metrics for monthly reporting and internal assessments.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and Training teams; update evaluation methodologies and support training initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience in retirement, wealth management, or financial services.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate information, identify trends, and communicate findings.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, with the ability to document findings accurately and communicate feedback clearly and objectively.
• Ability to travel overnight approximately two to three times annually.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 registrations, or Series 63 and Series 65 in lieu of Series 66, are required within company-established timelines.
• FINRA Fingerprinting is required.
