Website Coordinator

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid with 2–3 designated office days each week.

What you will do

• Own the website’s day-to-day appearance, content accuracy, tone, coherence, and search performance.
• Build and publish pages in Contentful using existing content models and tooling, and identify when those models or tools need to change.
• Write and edit clear, accurate web content and create or direct visuals that maintain site consistency.
• Monitor search health using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar tools; optimise metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and schema for traditional and AI-driven search.
• Design concepts, mock-ups, and specifications for React components for developers to implement.
• Work with marketing and engineering to evolve the site, prioritise competing requests, and challenge briefs constructively on structure, UX, SEO, and content.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing a website in Contentful, including building pages and managing content with existing content models.
• Strong writing and editing skills with close attention to accuracy and tone.
• Experience with visual design tools such as Figma.
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar tools, plus awareness of AI search, GEO, and AEO.
• Ability to clearly describe and design UI components for developers.
• Track record of owning ongoing website maintenance as well as new projects.
• Ability to prioritise a backlog across competing marketing and engineering requests; self-directed and organised.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Experience with component-based design systems.
• Experience in a technical, B2B, or SaaS environment.
