Senior SEO Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Serbia

Pushwoosh builds a B2B omnichannel customer engagement platform for push notifications, email, in-app messaging, campaign orchestration, segmentation, and analytics.

What you will do

• Design and run the link-building strategy end to end, including asset architecture, acquisition, outreach, placements, and backlink profile development.
• Build AI-driven SEO workflows for research, briefing, monitoring, and reporting using the existing MCP-based tooling layer over Ahrefs and internal analytics.
• Set the SEO content agenda by defining targets, search volumes, briefs, and priorities for the established content team.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, and existing content performance, then lead ongoing optimization.
• Own technical SEO audits, monitoring, and fixes for a multilingual website, including hreflang, international targeting, and index hygiene.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on link-building experience in global and Google markets, with personally executed strategies rather than agency management.
• Experience directing a content team and setting editorial priorities.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including international and multilingual website setups.
• English at B2+/C1 working level for outreach and global market research.
• Experience with commercial, high-intent landing pages and SEO in competitive verticals.

Nice to have

• Long-term SEO ownership for a single product, preferably in-house or alongside agency experience.
• Experience automating SEO workflows with AI agents or scripting.
