Senior Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Bandung, Indonesia, with 2 days per week in the office. Applicants must hold valid working rights in Indonesia; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and reports.
• Collect data from multiple sources, maintain data quality, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
• Validate consistency across reports and analyze trends, KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, interpret results, and recommend data-driven actions.
• Partner with Data Engineering to report missing or incorrect data and support data improvements.
• Maintain improvement activities, support basic project coordination, and communicate changes to business users.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ability to analyze large data volumes, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders beyond dashboard and report development.
• Experience integrating data across BI platforms, data warehouses, and operational tools such as Sales Operations systems while maintaining consistency and integrity.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect data to commercial context and focus on outcomes.
• Experience working with stakeholders, strong attention to detail, and good English communication skills.
• Collaborative, dependable, trustworthy, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, particularly developing SQL dashboards.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, including Medallion Architecture and Star Schema.
• Experience supporting commercial or operational reporting in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
